Who Flowwkkr is for

Flowwkkr is built for organisations in Pakistan that have outgrown a spreadsheet and a wall-mounted clock, but do not want to pay for, or spend six months implementing, an enterprise HR suite. The typical customer is a factory, warehouse, call centre, school, hospital or trading firm running two shifts or more, somewhere between 30 and 300 employees, and currently reconciling attendance by hand at the end of every month.

If you have fewer than about 30 people, or you genuinely only need a leave tracker, Flowwkkr is probably more than you need and we would rather say so on the first call than after the invoice. If you are running multiple sites with overnight shifts and need attendance that survives a network outage, it is very likely a fit.

What the product actually covers

Attendance is the core. Flowwkkr records punches from biometric devices, mobile check-ins and manual corrections, and it is built specifically around the two things that break in Pakistani deployments: devices that drift out of sync with the server clock, and shifts that cross midnight. An overnight shift is modelled as one shift that spans two calendar days, not as two shifts that quietly lose an hour.

Around attendance sit employee records, shift and roster management, leave requests with approvals, and reporting that exports cleanly enough to hand to a payroll processor. Employees get their own self-service view of their attendance, leave balance and profile, which is the single biggest reduction in HR admin time we see, because most "who did what" questions stop arriving by email.

How it is deployed

Each client runs on their own subdomain with their own database and their own user set, rather than sharing one multi-tenant install. That is a deliberate trade: it costs more to host than a shared database, and it removes a whole category of risk where one client can ever see another client's attendance. Access is role-based, so an HR manager, a department manager, an employee and a read-only auditor each see a different slice of the same data.

Biometric hardware is supported across the common ZKTeco families, and the device support and troubleshooting guides on this site are written from real integration work rather than from a vendor datasheet. Where a device cannot be reached, the fallback is a manual or mobile entry path that keeps the record rather than losing the day.

What Flowwkkr does not do

Flowwkkr produces attendance and workforce records that are ready to hand to payroll. It is not a payroll engine, and it does not calculate salaries, deductions or statutory contributions for you. If you need full payroll with tax handling, you will still run that alongside it, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have committed.

It is also not a recruitment or learning management system. Those are real categories of software and bolting them on badly helps nobody.

Flowwkkr is self-hosted. Each client runs on their own server, subdomain and database, so your attendance and employee data stays under your control. This is a deliberate choice for organisations that cannot put workforce data in a shared cloud.

What happens if our biometric device stops syncing?

Flowwkkr has a manual and mobile entry fallback so a sync failure never loses a day of attendance. The device keeps recording punches locally, and the agent syncs the backlog when connectivity returns. The troubleshooting guide on this site covers the common causes.

Can Flowwkkr handle overnight shifts?

Yes. An overnight shift is modelled as one shift spanning two calendar days, not two separate shifts. This is the single most common attendance calculation error in Pakistani deployments, and Flowwkkr handles it correctly by default.
