What the two hours actually cover
A Flowwkkr demo is a working session on a live workspace, not a slide deck. We set the demo up around your situation before it starts, so the screen you see contains your kind of shift pattern, your kind of device and roughly your team size.
- Employee records and structure. Departments, designations, reporting lines and shifts, set up the way your own organisation is organised rather than a generic sample.
- Attendance from your device type. We show how punches arrive from the hardware you already own, whether that is a LAN terminal, a mobile check-in or a manual correction with an audit trail.
- The daily workflow. Missing punches, late arrivals, absences and overtime on one screen, and how an approver clears them.
- Leave. Request, approval and balance, including the case that usually causes trouble: leave that crosses a payroll cut-off.
- Reporting. The reports a manager or an auditor actually asks for, and exporting them.
- Your questions. Roughly half of most sessions is spent here, and it is the part that decides whether you buy.
We will tell you plainly if Flowwkkr is not the right fit for your situation. A short, honest conversation early is cheaper for both of us than a deployment that disappoints.
The devices you already own
Attendance hardware is the most common reason an HR project stalls, because buying new terminals means new cost, new wiring and a new argument with procurement. Flowwkkr is built so that in most cases you keep what you have.

If your device is not listed, tell us the make and model during the demo and we will tell you honestly whether we can read it. An honest "not yet" is more useful to you than a hopeful maybe.

Nothing is installed on your machine and no data is taken from you before you decide. The demo runs on our workspace.
Demo questions
Do I need to install anything to attend a demo?
No. The demo runs on a Flowwkkr workspace we prepare for you. You only need a browser and, if you want to show us your own device, remote access to that machine.
Can you show me using my own device model?
Usually, and that is the most useful part of the session. Tell us the make and model when you submit the form. If the device cannot be reached from where you are, we will show you how the connector is configured and be straight about what your hardware would or would not need.
Will you try to sell me during the demo?
We will show you the product and answer what you ask. If Flowwkkr does not fit your situation we will say so at the end rather than spend two hours discovering it for you.
How many demos can I request?
Each business email can receive up to three separate two-hour demo attempts. The attempt number is shown after you submit and is included in the access email, so there is no confusion about which request is which.
What does it cost to run a Flowwkkr deployment?
Flowwkkr is billed monthly, not as a one-off purchase: PKR 18,000 a month for 30 employees, PKR 25,000 for 50 and PKR 40,000 for 100. Paying for a year up front saves 10%. If you already own a supported attendance device there is no hardware cost. Optional plugin modules are billed separately, so you only pay for what you actually use.
What should I have ready before the session?
Your employee count, your typical shift pattern, your department structure, and the make and model of your attendance device. That is enough for us to build a realistic workspace rather than showing you a generic one.
