Before you write, it helps to know these

• How many people need attendance recorded. Employee capacity is what the plans are priced on, so this decides which plan you are looking at.
• How many attendance points you run. Offices, factories, sites or shifts - this tells us which device question matters and whether shift handling is the hard part.
• What your punches come from. Manual entry, a supported biometric terminal, or a mix. If you have a device model we will tell you whether it is supported.
• What is going wrong today. Missing punches, disputes over overtime, or leave approvals stalling. That usually points at the module worth looking at first.
• Your rough timeline. There is no pressure to decide on a call.

Questions we are usually asked before the first call

Can we see it with our own data rather than a generic demo?

Yes. The demo is set up around your employee count and shift pattern rather than a fixed sample, so what you see is close to what you would run.

Do you need our device model to be a specific brand?

No. Flowwkkr connects to supported biometric terminals over their own network protocol. Send the model and we will confirm fit before you commit to anything.

How long does a demo take?

Two hours is planned, and we will tell you in the first ten minutes whether the product is a fit. You will get a written summary afterwards whether you buy or not.

What does it cost?

Plans start at PKR 18,000 per month for up to 30 employees and scale with team size, devices and sync agents. The pricing page sets out what each plan includes.

Do you answer phone calls?

Email and WhatsApp get the fastest reply. We answer both, and we would rather answer a question properly than quickly.

Is our data hosted somewhere specific?

The product is self-hosted on your own server, so your attendance and employee records stay under your control rather than in someone else's.
